| 2010 Senior Men's League
QUAIL RUN SENIOR MEN'S LEAGUE GUIDELINES
The Senior Men’s League will begin play Wednesday morning, April 7th.
We will once again split the league into 3 divisions which include individuals
playing their own ball for a 9-hole division net score, and individuals playing 18
holes in both gross and net divisions. Both leagues will play during a period of
24 weeks beginning April 7th and ending September 8th. All play begins
each Wednesday morning with all players making tee times and getting started between 8:00 & 9:00am. Participants will play off of their most recent Quail Run handicap available. Any players without a current handicap will be assigned one until a new handicap can be established.
Participants will accumulate points each week by competing against one another within their respective divisions. Each week, the top individuals with the lowest scores in each division will split the available money in the weekly prize fund. Closest to the hole on the par 3’s will also be awarded credit from the weekly prize fund. The top 10 players from the 18-hole divisions with the most accumulated points at the end of the season, along with the top 5 from the 9-hole division, will split the remaining seasonal prize fund. The Senior League Championship will be held on September 1st & 8th.
The one-time seasonal entry fee will remain at $35 per man and the weekly entry fee will still be $2/man plus any applicable fees (non-pass holders add $11.00 for 9 and $16.50 for 18). 2009 senior league members can save $15 on their 2010 dues by bringing in 1 new member. Bring in 2 new members and receive complimentary dues for the 2010 season. The seasonal entry fee may be paid upon your first week of play and current standings and accumulated credits will be posted in the golf shop. The last week of each month will feature an 18-hole scramble with an 8:00am shotgun start. Grilled lunch will be served following play.
